Cooking on an open fire OR an induction hub, amazing quality. Used this on a wood buring Solo Stove to cook sausages (so far!), primed with butter on an induction hob, cooked scrambled eggs amazingly. This is the next generation of cast iron cookware in my opinion, was impressed with this and then bought their Dutch Oven..
